Summer Housing

The Office of Residence Life is happy to provide the option of housing during the summer months for King's College students who will be taking in-person summer classes or working/doing an internship in the local area. Information on the housing we provide can be found below. Please contact the Office of Residence Life using the contact information listed below to determine if your summer housing request can be approved.

Summer 2024 Housing for current King's College Students:

All housing will be offered in Esseff Hall.

• The weekly charge is $139.00 and will be billed in total to the student's account.
• Meals are not included. There is no kitchen in the building. 
• Placements are done at the discretion of Residence Life, and can be altered for any reason. Students will not have a choice as to which room they reside in.
• Students are responsible for following all the rules set forth in the Student Handbook, including rules in place specifically for the summer months.

Limited space may be available in Ryan Hall.

• The weekly charge is $205.00 and will be billed in total to the student's account.
• Meals are not included, but students would have access to the kitchen in their apartment. 
• Placements are done at the discretion of Residence Life, and can be altered for any reason. Students will not have a choice as to which apartment they are placed in.
• Students are responsible for following all the rules set forth in the Student Handbook, including rules in place specifically for the summer months.​
