King’s College today released the 2024 issue of King’s Magazine, an annual publication featuring dozens of compelling articles submitted by students, staff, faculty, and friends of the college throughout the year.
The magazine is the premier College publication on notable events, historical celebrations, and faculty and student accomplishments. Print versions are also available on request.
The 2024 edition features a behind the scenes look at actor Martin Sheen’s visit to campus, a student service trip to the U.S./Mexican border, the history of mascot Leo the Lion, a profile of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders general manager Katie Beekman ’00, an alumni trip to Ireland, and a student-led effort to create safe vehicles for children with severe mobility issues.
The magazine includes a rich variety of photography from the College community, including select pieces from the College archives.
