Theatre Plays and Productions
As well as offering theatre majors and minors programming, the Theatre Department is open to all students, as well as faculty, staff, and sometimes community members who wish to participate in productions. The Theatre presents a variety of productions, special events, and improv shows throughout the academic year. Everyone on campus and in the local community are invited to attend performances.
Additionally, productions and programming, open to campus and the community, are presented in collaboration with our Artist in Residence, Gaslight Theatre Company, in December, March, and over the summer. Gaslight's theatre season announcement is coming soon.

Waiting for Godot | October
by Samuel Beckett
What is it? Where are we? When are we? Join us with Samuel Beckett as we try to puzzle out the meaning of waiting for what may be the most anticipated character in theatrical history. Godot may very well be the most important, yet least seen person of all time. Even Beckett himself hasn’t an answer for what is supposed to be expected of this journey into nowhere.
Performances
October 3, 4, 5 at 7:30 p.m.
October 5 at 2 p.m.
All's Well That Ends Well | November
by William Shakespeare
In this lesser known but entertaining comedic romp, we follow the journey of Helena; a low born ward, and her quest to court the lover of her life: the high-ranking son of a French countess, Betram, who is not interested in her romantically at all. As we examine the difficulties of Helena’s attempts to gain the attention and affection of an otherwise distracted Betram, does she win his affection? Is she cursed forever to fade into the background? Will Bertram ever see Helena as more than a lowly housekeeper? Will this tale of two youths be a story of “what if” or “happily ever after?
