Dr. Todd Gutekunst was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. He attended Dickinson College in nearby Carlisle, majoring in Physics. Upon graduation he decided to make a slight change in his professional trajectory by pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics. That led him to six wonderful years at the University of Delaware, where he not only finished his Doctorate, but also met his future wife.
King's College offered the newly minted Dr. Gutekunst an assistant professorship, which he gladly accepted. He has worked happily at King's since 2008, teaching at all levels of the curriculum, but with particular expertise in Combinatorics and Linear Algebra.
Dr. Gutekunst lives in Allentown, PA, with his wife, two children, and various furry pets. When not teaching, he enjoys reading, playing music, gardening, and expanding his cooking repertoire.
