Personal Visit

You Select the Day

A two-hour personal visit can be scheduled on weekdays on select times in the morning or afternoon throughout the year. Guided by our team of Admission Ambassadors, students will experience a private tour of campus and learn about the admission process and financial aid. If attending the morning session, students can have lunch in King’s Court. Select Saturday group presentation visits are also available throughout the year.

KC Decision Days

May and June | Have you been accepted to King’s College but need help making your decision? You’re invited to KC Decision Days, an exclusive visit opportunity for accepted students joining our community for Fall 2024! Choose your date in the month of May, and your counselor will customize your visit to what you need to know most to make your decision, whether a tour of campus or your academic building, a one-on-one financial aid session, a chat with a current student or Admission Ambassador, or anything else you’d like.

If you’re not available on those dates, register for a weekday personal visit instead. Students who have already attended Accepted Students Day and/or made their deposit do not need to attend

Transfer Tuesdays

June, July, August | Is your current school not feeling like the best fit? Attending a Transfer Tuesday session this summer will help you make your decision and streamline your transition to King’s College! Tour campus, consult with the Office of Financial Aid, meet with a transfer advisor to review your credits, and submit (or review) your application. To provide a customized and personal experience, limited spots are available.

Open House

August, October, and November | Our Open House events mark the beginning of your college experience and give future Monarchs the chance to experience everything King’s College has to offer! Explore our beautiful campus, attend faculty academic and financial aid presentations, and enjoy lunch with our community. You’ll also have time to meet with coaches and student service professionals.

Monarch for a Day

February and March | Our Monarch for a Day program lets interested high school seniors experience King’s College more personally and make their decision. Choose which session is right for you; each is designed around a different academic area to group you with students with similar program interests. Experience a full day on campus shadowing class, engaging with professors and students, and attending expanded information sessions. Get your final questions answered and enjoy lunch on campus. If you haven’t yet applied, you can do so on the spot or learn what next steps you’ll need to take if you’re interested in applying. The Office of Admission will provide a note to return to school.

Accepted Students Day

March and April | It’s time to celebrate! By the spring, those who’ve already applied will know if they’re accepted to King’s College. We welcome all our future students back to campus to celebrate this exciting milestone and see campus again through the eyes of a Monarch. Choose from the Accepted Students Day of your choice held on a Sunday in March or April from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tour other parts of campus, attend more information sessions about living on campus and financial aid, and purchase new merchandise at Monarch Outfitters & Books. Most importantly, make your deposit to secure your spot for the fall semester! For those who haven’t yet visited campus in person, Accepted Students Day is a great opportunity to take a full tour and meet with financial aid and admission staff.
